real estate

I've decided that the next place i live:
- will be "in" the city, not near the city. i want to live in the culture, in the midst of people's lives, and walking-distance from local food, drink, and shopping establishments
- will be near a local coffee shop that I can sit in, meet with friends, drink coffee, have a "usual", write, and dream for hours on end whenever I want. My own Central Perk.
- will be based on the quality and look of everything around it and not necessarily what the actual place looks like
- will have hardwood (or fake wood) floors and windows
- will be convenient for public transportation but not inconvenient to drive to and park
- will inspire me. will be mine. will be home.
